Unless you feel obviously sick, or a lymph node in your neck is rock-hard, fixed to surronding structures that it shouldn't be, or oversized enough for everybody to notice, it's your friend. May or may not be!: Unless we know the size of the enlarged nodes, it is difficult to know what these nodes mean. You need to go see a specialist who can do further checking especially if you have any abdominal symptoms like pain, poor appetite, weight loss or fever.
