Probably: Colon cancer is unlikely in your age group, but other GI and colon diseases can also cause such symptoms. Have you had your gallbladder evaluated? No.: I do not believe the digestive enzymes and probiotics are the causative agents. It sounds more like a very common problem of hemorrhoids. Pencil thin stools could be a sign of colon cancer or colitis (an inflammation or infection of your colon). Call and see your PCP and have them schedule you for a colonoscopy or GI consult.
