More likely cyst: It is more likely to be a cyst, but there are other important considerations: appendicitis, ectopic pregnancy, hernia, diverticulitis. See a Dr: If an ovarian cyst is causing discomfort and urinary urgency, it needs further workup to ensure that it has not twisted or ruptured. Pressure on the lower abdomen probably means the cyst is increasing in size and needs re-evaluation to ensure there is no associated fibroid in the uterus. Not sure one can: pin the symptoms on ruptured ovarian cyst, but pregnancy will cause those symptoms. Check the pregnancy test. If negative, check it again in 1 week.
