See your doc: You need an exam. There are many causes of pain in that area. They could be from an ovary or from your bowels (appendix, diverticulitis, etc). Needs to be checked: Menstrual like cramping at age 61 with past history of complete hysterectomy needs to be evaluated and checked by your doctor to find out what is going on. We don't know if ovaries and fallopian tubes were also removed anf for what indication
