Not really known: You may be experiencing dyorgasmia i.e painful orgasms. It can affect women in perimenopause. Also some association with endometriosis or fibriods. Follow up with Ob/Gyn doctor for further evaluation. ...Read more

Possibly..: During orgasm, the uterus 'contracts' because two ligaments attach it to the vulvar muscles that also contract rhythmically during orgasm. This might 'pull' on the fallopian tubes/ovaries. If you have ovarian cysts, this could be cause discomfort or abdominal cramping. Masturbation should not be causing any harm, however. ...Read more

Doesn't sound normal: Well, easiest way to answer "normal" or not is to ask if you've ever had "regular" periods, painLESS intercourse, NO PAIN after orgasm, and NO lower back, and no regular severe cramps. If you answered YES to any of those questions then, for you none of these things are likely "normal." What could it be is more the question. Bladder infection? Vaginal dryness/infection?
