3 problems: 1. Bleeding after intercourse in some one who has had a hysterectomy is not common. The doctor will need to do an exam to determine where the bleeding is coming from since you have no uterus. 2. Right sided pain if severe and/or associated with nausea, fever or vomiting could indicate appendicitis and prompt evaluation is needed. 3. Bowel pelvic adhesio: Bowel pelvic adhesions post supra cervical hysterectomy or total hysterectomy, may cause similar symptoms due to bowel inflammation. The intestine can get stuck in an area such as vaginal cuff, or other respected areas in the pelvis due to inflammation or bleeding. Gastritis : I think this is still caused by inflammation of the stomach and I would suggest it could be caused by irritation not caused by H. Pylori.
