I had a laproscopic appendectomy last june & everything went fine but recently I have these severe pain in my lower abdomenal region. What should I do?

See a doctor: If you surgery was in june, there is the possibility that these two things are unrelated. There are a few things that can be related to the surgery than can be causing this pain, although not common. I had an open appendectomy 9 months back. I've started weight lifting &exercising but am experiencing slight discomfort on in my abdomen?

Hernia?: Hernia is a defect in the abdominal wall. Can develop at previous surgery sites. Need to have a surgeon, preferably one who performed your appendectomy, look at it and rule out a developing hernia. Limiting weights is another risk...I would recommend take a break until cleared by surgeon. ...Read more

You have an ileus, or sluggish bowel function, for a couple to several days. You need to be on broad-spectrum antibiotics for several days. The chances of complication (e.g., abscess, bowel obstruction) are significant. Best case scenario -- back to normal in a couple of weeks. ...Read more

Probably your doctor is following a suspicious density, obviously no change in 2 yrs . 100 lbs weight loss will alter your breast architecture could be one reason.
