Most likely this does not represent melanoma. However, evaluation by a dermatologist is recommended. If the pigmentation has not changed in 3 years and you have another similar pigment streak on another nail, it would be reasonable to assume these are benign nevi. See your derm: Blood blisters can often appear at locations of trauma and may resemble other diagnoses. I would recommend showing this to your friendly dermatologist to make a diagnosis.
