I have a bump on my penis, I only itch at night when I'm trying to sleep, and on occasion during the day. What is it? Its small and looks like a zit, I pop it and it bleeds but itches less then.

HPV, condyloma: Without a picture, I can't say for sure, but a common problem is penile warts caused by the hpv virus. For men, the warts are unsightly, but usually harmless. Bump on penis: There MAY be a doc w/a camera somewhere who will do that but please don't do that. You need to be examined more thoroughly than w/a picture. Hopefully it is not serious but if it is and you miss something it could become a bigger issue. Docs see all sorts of things and I know it can be inconvenient but please do go. If it's lifelong, discolored, not hurting, it can be a benign mole; if quite a long while, but become red and hurting, it may be an infected sebaceous cyst; or. .. Hey since I was young I noticed this bump on my penis right below"mushroom" part. It does not hurt+ you can move it. 1cm boht directions. Under skin.
