I was on Zoloft 50mg Risperdal Buspar (buspirone) I was depressed and anxious I add Zoloft to 75mg and I stop Buspar (buspirone) 26day but I feel anxious?

Difficult: You may feel anxious because of stopping the Buspar (buspirone) which treats anxiety. I usually think it's best to make only 1 medication change or adjustment if possible. That makes it easier to figure out what the adjustment did and why. Follow up with your psychiatrist. ...Read more

I tried celexa, effexor, cymbalta, pristiq, (desvenlafaxine) lexapro, zoloft, wellbutrin, which barely helped. What else could i try? How do u feel about paxil?

Agree w/Dr. Buggie: I agree with dr. Buggie about the need for psychiatric evaluation and ongoing treatment. Wellbutrin does not help with anxiety. Paxil (paroxetine) is a reasonable choice, but whether it's right for you i cannot say. You're also on Adderall xr, which can exacerbate anxiety in some. Psychotherapy is an important part of treatment for anxiety also -- but you didn't mention pursuing that. ...Read more

Zoloft (sertraline) for three months has stabilized my anxiety. But i don't feel highs in joy like before. I'm scared, i want to function without it. What do I do?
Zoloft (sertraline): Unfortuately, all drugs have side effects which you must know about before using any drug. Antidepressants, like zoloft, (sertraline) can help to stabilize moods and reduce anxiety-but at a price- they narrow your range of emotion and take off the highs and the lows. Also, drugs are a short term solution to a long term problem best resolved by pursuing psychotherapy. ...Read more

"TERRIFIED"?: Anxiety itself can cause dizziness, often from hyperventilation as a physiological response. Many anxious people are hyper-vigilant of body sensations, fearing they indicate life-threatening issues. This also leaves 90% of people who don't! hoping you continue psychotherapy for anxiety along with this. ...Read more
