Agree w/Dr. Buggie: I agree with dr. Buggie about the need for psychiatric evaluation and ongoing treatment. Wellbutrin does not help with anxiety. Paxil (paroxetine) is a reasonable choice, but whether it's right for you i cannot say. You're also on Adderall xr, which can exacerbate anxiety in some. Psychotherapy is an important part of treatment for anxiety also -- but you didn't mention pursuing that. ...Read more

Use a low dose: Both escitalopram and wellbutrin (bupropion) inhibit liver metabolism (which is how Propranolol is metabolized) and both will result is a stronger Propranolol effect.
