Several things..: If this is something new or sort of reccuring in warmer/summer months and fade over winter, occuring on chest/back etc..Likely tinea versicolor (fungus). See an Ob/Gyn: I am assuming you are not pregnant. Nipple discharge usually indicates a problem that needs to be investigated. Bilateral discharge could indicate hormonal problem that can be treated.
