Yes, you can...: ...but we don't want the treatment to be worse than the disease (prolactinoma)! It won't do you any serious harm to continue with low dose bromocriptine, but nasal congestion and nausea suck! Ask your doc for a trial of cabergoline. The mechanisms are the same, but cabergoline tends to be better tolerated. Good luck! ...Read more
