How to distinguish between spuraclavicular lymph nodes and lymph nodes at base of neck. Are spuraclavicular nodes 1-2 inch above clavicle?

By location: Supraclavicular (Not spuraclavicular) nodes are just above the clavicle. If you trace your finger from the base of your neck and right behind the clavicle going outwards towards the shoulder, you will feel a triangular space that ends when the clavicle bends backwards. You may watch and wait. You may feel the node,or what you think is a lymph node, every couple of weeks, if the lymph gland doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, you should see a doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats.
