Could be a staph inf: Could be a pustule from staphylococcus infection. If not going away with gentle pressure and expressure of the pus, consult ur dr, if you are still symptomatic with pain/increasing swelling/fecer/burning wen you urinate. If you have any antibiotic cream like bactroban/bacitracin-unexpired one you can apply twice a day for 3-4 days.

Need to get checked: You need to see your GYN to find out what's going on There are Ni hair follicles on the labia minora, so it's not likely an ingrown hair. There are sebaceous glands, and you may have a blocked gland or an abcess.

Appearance/numbers: Primary herpes will usually appear as a cluster of small, thin walled blisters. A pimple or pustule usually comes up in one at a time with a thick wall and may eventually drain thick material.

In grown hair?: There are several causes for the bumps on labia. For a proper diagnosis, you should be examined sooner than later to treat for any infection. Pl see attched for some general info on labial conditions. Feel good!

Needs an exam: Lumps, bumps, blisters and other skin abnormalities on the genitals need to be evaluated. An examination will be needed to know the cause and treatment. Herpes usually causes painful, irritated sores and not bumps. A gynecologist will need to visualize what you are seeing to make a diagnosis.

I have 2 bumps on labia minora. Not white/red, not pusy, somewhat painful, comes normally before period. Are they cysts? How can I stop them?

Unsure without exam: Those growths have to be seen to be categorized by the MD preferably a GYN MD. Otherwise, it would be speculation to diagnosis the problem from this vantage point.

A Bartholin's Cyst: It is very ikely that you have a barthoin's cyst--it is typically not an infection but can be caused by infection which blocks the gland/duct, thus collection of fluid (swelling) to cause the "bump." this can be size of a pea up size of an egg. If not bothersome, no treatment needed. If infected, antibiotic maybe needed and cyst may need to be excised. Consult your doc. Good luck.

See doctor: Various things such as ingrown hairs, sebaceous cysts, and STDs can cause bumps/blisters/sores that then drain. See doctor to get exam/STD testing and treatment recommendations.

Not sexually active: 3 red bumps either side of labia minora in a week. 2 went down in a few days, now another! No abscess, just red, slightly painful?

Herpes simplex: This may be recurrent genital herpes, but without an exam there is no way to diagnose this over the internet. Show these to a doctor and they can then be accurately assessed. Best wishes.

May be nothing: It is too early to draw any conclusions and this could simply be the result of mild trauma. You need to wait and see how or if these symptoms progress.

Probably: This is probably seborrheic dermatitis or intertrigo. Please see your dermatologist or gynecologist for evaluation and to discuss treatment options. It could be other things also.

I have a pea sized red bump with a yellow centre on my inner labia minora. Pimple or sebaceous cyst? It popped but the yellow centre came back.

Cyst?: A recurrent lesion like this, if in the same spot each time, suggests a cyst, e.g. a blocked sebaceous or mucus gland. (You seem to ve aware of this possibility, since you selected 3 different kinds of cyst among your topic tags.) Best to see a doctor; minor surgery (opening it to drain, perhaps cautery) probably would prevent future recurrences.

Go see MD first: Don't apply anything to the itching bump until you see the MD as they will better be able to diagnose what it is and how best to treat it.

Needs evaluation: Lumps, bumps, blisters and other skin abnormalities on the genitals need to be evaluated. An examination will be needed to know the cause and treatment. We need to see what it is you are referring to before any treatment options can be discussed. An Obgyn should be able to provide some direction after visualizing the area.

Bartholin cyst: What you described suggests blockage of the duct of a gland. There is no urgency, and you can wait to discuss it with your doctor at your next visit. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.
