CT angiography or MR angiography is often part of the work up. Use of hydrazine for BP control requires absolute compliance. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers
Left sided eye pain and temple almost everyday it's not a migraine and I've had a brain scan. What could this be?
Possibilities?: I don't know how old you are, but temporal arteritis would be my "worst case scenario" thought right now. This can be suggested by your story. A blood test (see rate) would give us more circumstantial evidence as to this diagnosis. This should be investigated quickly, though, so go see your doctor in follow-up right away. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
I keep having on and off pain behind, in front and above left ear. Left temple pain and left eye pain, occasionally. only lasts a few seconds.
Couple of ideas: These could be ice pick headaches (are they sharp?), or they could be related to SUNCT syndrome, or they could be related to blood flow (does chewing make the temple feel worse?). So far, there is not enough information to decide, but these are some ideas. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

I am 21, I am having a buldging pulsating vein on my left temple with headache and eye pain. I use computers alot.. I had severe headache last night.
Arteries pulsate.: Arteries pulsate and veins do not. However, if a vein is close to the artery, the pulse of the artery will be transmitted to the vein so the vein will look as if it is pulsating. If your symptoms persist then follow up with your medical doctor. ...Read more
