Diarrhea last 24 hrs. Muscle pains/aches in legs, fingers, as if exercised, but didn't. Sharp pain in right front side of stomach; like muscle pull.
I've been having sporadic muscle spasms. Ranging from legs spasms to now muscle spasm under my rib cage on the left side. Extreme fatigue and achy.

Many possible: There is a very small muscle in the calf that is called the plantaris muscle and sometimes it can get injured while working out. People often describe a sudden sharp pain in the calf. Not always associated with swelliing or bruising. Other possibilities are strain or rupture of achilles tendon but this causes a lot of pain and swelling and difficulty with walking.
