May be normal: When you exercise, the blood vessels in your skin dilate to get rid of the heat generated by the muscle activity. The dilated blood vessels can cause puffiness. When you put your hands over head, that decreases the pressure in the veins. If it persists or is very annoying see a doctor to make sure there is no problem with your circulation. ...Read more

Angioedema: This sounds like angioedema and the swelling will gradually resolve over hours. You could try Benadryl (diphenhydramine). Stop any new medications just in case.
