More info: The MRI and CT you speak of were of the head. Did you have a neck imaging test?
Any pinched nerves come from the neck.
Scalp tingling is another separate issue. Need labs and more information.

Need some testing: You may either have a painless variant of ALLODYNIA which is typically associated with migraine types of headaches as an aura or premonitory marker and believed to be the propagator if not the consolidator for the long lengths of some episodes of migraine. Or there could be metabolic or other structural items causing symptoms for which labs or testing need to be done.

I have been experiencing bad headache right eye pain and tingling in my head. What would cause this.?

Sinus: Most pain in or around an eye is from sinusitis or headache. Pain reliever and decongestant should relieve it. If not, or if it is getting worse, go see your doctor. It could also be due to an eye problem such an inflammation in (called uveitis) or around the eye. You need to see an eye doctor to really rule this out. ...Read more

Hi, I have been experiencing a tingling/numbing in my head above my right eye. I do have astigmatism but my glasses don't seem to help. Any suggestion?

Hi, I have been experiencing a tingling/numbing in my head above my right eye. I do have astigmatism but my glasses don't seem to help. Any suggestion?

Not a glasses prob.: Astigmatism is a type of refractive error, meaning the eye is curved more steeply in one direction than another (like a football is more steeply curved across the short length and gradually curved across the long length). Lenses can be made for glasses to correct this optical error. This should not lead to symptoms of numbness or tingling. This is probably completely unrelated to the eye. ...Read more

Yesterday I had pain under my right eye and scalp was very sensitive with a rash or small cluster of Today pimples. Today I have blister like lesion.

Shingles: You are describing what sounds like a Herpes Shingles eruption. I recommend a quick evaluation and initiation of treatment to lessen the severity and viral shedding. An antiviral medication like Valtex™ 3000mg daily is given for 7-10 days. It's best to treat within 3 days. Also, any lesions near the eyelid or eye should be evaluated concurrently by an EYE MD, especially if rash is above the eye. ...Read more

Recovering nicely from bell's palsey. Just noticed a slight tingling same side top of my head/scalp. Does that mean the nerves are regenerating?

Paresthesias: May be indicative of nerve irritability associated with re-innervation and peripheral sprouting, but could instead merely be a transient event associated with new nerve fibre sensitivity. Try to rub away: Hi AngelaG
strange feelings can be paresthesias, coming from nerves acting up due to pressure or a virus. The one we treat is H Zoster (shingles) but if that was happening you would feel painful bumps. I would massage the area and hope it doesn't come back. If it does, consult your PCP. ...Read more

Folliculitis: This may be an infection of the hair follicles and since there is purulent drainage, warm soaks followed by application of an antibiotic ointment like Bacitracin is the usual treatment. If the area swells, increases and becomes more painful and tender, see your physician for possible antibiotic pills and/'or incision and drainage if needed as it would be treated like a small boil. ...Read more

Need to examine: It is not feasible to be sure without examining you, however, what you described could be dandruff. Wash your scalp daily with any shampoo. If the lesion does not improve in 3-4 weeks, please consult your doctor.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Unprotected oralsex 3 days ago. Tingling at head of penis, no pain at urination or discharge or rash. Could it be nerves causing this?

Here are some...: Your current scenario deserves a course of wait-and-see for now since being exposed, if any, to a bug doesn't mean contracting it and contracting it doesn't mean developing its related infection, depending on individual ability of external natural barriers (skin & mucosa) & internal humoral immune defense.
