Don't eat them..: Raw sea food is dangerous anyhow. Hot sauce will not do anything against bacteria. Also, since you are allergic to other foods, you may very well be allergic to sea food also. Oysters: I do not think there is a magic number on the amount you can eat. Raw oysters are probably more of an issues than cooked ones.
