Some thoughts...: If a woman has no memory of a conception or pregnancy, most likely she was only pregnant transiently, perhaps 3-5 weeks, and miscarried very early. Her uterus would not have any permanent changes. That means normal women can conceive several times in their lives, but not know it if those baby embryos did not successfully grow. You certainly can!: Expert eyes can discern the tell-tale signs of placenta accreta as early as the first trimester - in fact recent evidence suggests that is the best time to detect this potentially life-threatening complication of pregnancy.
