See a gynacologist : You may have pelvic inflammatory disease , may be the cause of your pain , you are 17 at this age you still can be vaccinated with quadrivalent ( Gardasil ) covering types 16, 18 , 6 and 11. See physician: Residual pain after surgery for an ovarian tumor could be because you are still healing, you developed scar tissue or the ovarian tumor was not the original cause of the pain. Penile pain: Still could be infection. sometimes men get infection we call non specific uretheritis that is not associated with a discharge just with pain, which is not normal. . usually treated with doxycycline or levaquin (levofloxacin) if not allergic +/- Flagyl ( for BV which we never check in the male-just treat if partner having it)as well. is you partner having symptoms? f/u with doc urgent care. ...Read more

May not ovary: Maybe it is. Which side is it on? On right side, you have your appendix, on the left, your colon. Could be a kidney stone in a ureter...Ultrasound two years ago doesn't mean same today. Worth having an evaluation. ...Read more

Many possibilities..: That is quite a number of worrisome symptoms. If you are having intercourse, have missed your period and are having abdominal pain, pain with urination, and pain with intercourse, you need to be seen by your Gyn. There a number of possibilities and some of them are serious. For example, an infection in the uterus, bladder or abdomen or an ectopic pregnancy. You need to have this checked out. ...Read more

Doubtful: Hernia pain usually is present in the groin - to one side or another from the pubic bone. Can occasionally cause deep pelvic pain, but not typically in the urethral and it also wouldn't typically cause painful intercourse (dyspareunia). Hope this helps! ...Read more
