NEEDS TO BE CHECKED: Sudden pain in testis needs to be examined asap, if you suspect torsion and should not wait and go to er or to your doctor as it is an emergency. Ask urologist...: Straight ahead to ask your urologist if you indeed had prostatitis or just chronic perineal discomfort/ache. Note the label of prostatitis has been over used and even misused for men with undefined chronic pelvic/perineal aches.
