Gentle: Simple gentle massage will do for half the length of a normal breastfeeding, no need to make yourself sore, make sure your hands have a lotion with some lanolin to avoid irritation of the skin. 37 wks pregnant & not dilated. Trying to avoid 2nd c/s in 2 weeks. Can nipple stimulation help? Is it dangerous to try this? Anything to do to dilate?
Patience: There is nothing that is recommended or effective for induction of labor at 37 weeks. I understand that you want to be in control of your pregnancy, but this is one of those things that is best left to natural processes as much as possible. Hang in there and let the baby develop. Nipple stimulation is not dangerous, but likely will not be effective. ...Read more
Bilateral nipple discharge with stimulation, cytology was negative, no lump or mass seen on u/s. Is this accurate test for breast cancer?
Sort of: Cytology is not a great test to rule out cancer in the case of nipple discharge. Ultrasound is a good test but also doesn't rule out cancer. However bilateral discharge, only with stimulation, is extremely unlikely to represent cancer, especially at your age. Unilateral, spontaneous discharge is more concerning, as is bloody nipple discharge. ...Read more
Stimulation: Nipple discharge is common and usually not related to cancer, unless it is bloody. The stimulation alone will cause discharge. As long as it is clear, white, milky, yellow or green there is not anything to worry about. If it becomes brown or red/bloody, then see your doctor for evaluation. ...Read more

Normal to have inverted nipples. Common in women as well as men.
Not sure what HV refers to but 'saggy' breasts could be due to size or normal genetics. If it's a cosmetic issue you could address it with a plastics doctor.
Pregnancy will make your breasts fuller but generally with age and after pregnancy your breasts may develop stretch marks or lose more fat so might be worse, hard to say. ...Read more

I have inverted nipples that have are some white milky discharge present upon stimulation. No leaking or anything. I got an ultrasound and there's nothing wrong with them at all, but I want to get them pierced, how bad would that honestly be?
Why?: If you are concerned enough about your nipples to see a physician about a discharge and they were concerned enough to test, why would you want to confuse anything by putting a piece of metal in your nipples? You may not think now you ever want to nurse a baby, but that may change in the future. Piercing may or may not affect your ability to do so depending on the damage done. ...Read more

Do not let anyone suck on them for 1 week unless you are a nursing mother then wash them with soap and water after each nursing event and use the nipple cream afterward. ...Read more
