Stomach: Toradol is just a strong nsaid; try tylenol (acetaminophen) with aleve, they work by differing mechanisms. If you have chronic pain problems you may benefit from a low dose of suboxone. Pain issues can be pert of a spectrum of mood problems and may be linked to addiction and mood. Also the snri class of antidepressant is good for pain. Weekly migraine: Most people would not take a medicine every day to prevent a migraine that occurs once per week. Unless that migraine lasts several days.

Substitutes for topamax (topiramate) could be propranolol, magnesium, or valproate perhaps. Normally wellbutrin and propranolol are not used together, in case the mood worsens.
