These: These symptoms could be a sign of a urinary tract or kidney infection. Appendicitis is also a concern but less likely. Regardless, he needs to be evaluated by his pediatrician right away. A simple urine test will be the first step, followed by an additional diagnostic testing that the doctor feels is necessary.

Go to the ER: What you describe could be a pancreatitis, a colitis, and esophagitis with severe heartburn. This could also be an ulcer. As your abdominal pain is on the left side, it is less likely but still possible to be a gallbladder problem. it could be your pancreas causing the pain,
it could be an ulcer, or gallbladder disease they all can cause same symptoms.
see your doctor, they will evaluate either assure you, or treat you.
start by watching your diet, take anti acid and medication from OTC, like zantaz, or prilosec.
