Maybe: Colocort is a steroid medication. Although you are using it in limited fashion and in a topical form, there is still systemic absorption and, over time, steroid side effects can occur (bone loss, glucose intolerance, hip problems, cataracts, etc). No Allegra (fexofenadine): Claritin (loratadine) and Zyrtec (cetirizine) are pregnancy category B medications which means that animal reproduction studies have failed to demonstrate a risk to the fetus. I frequently use these medications with my pregnant patients. Allegra (fexofenadine) is category C so I would avoid this medication and stick with the ones listed above.
