What is a good bedtime routine for my baby?

What is a good bedtime routine for my baby?

Separation anxiety : This is a very normal process. Your child is learning to identify being alone and it is an uncomfortable feeling. Letting her sleep with you is okay. A good way to encourage separation is to give her a security blanket or stuffed animal. The key is have the blanket smell like you and be associated with being with you. Then when she is alone with hr blanket she can feel your presence. ...Read more

Is it common for prediabetics to have problems maintaining steady glucose levels eg highs and lows.Worse in mornings.

Possible: Prediabetics can have episodes of high blood sugar as well as low (hypoglycemia). The cause is Insulin resistance. These fluctuations in blood sugar can be controlled with proper diet, exercise and vitamins. A low carb diet with moderate protein and good fats will help stabilize Insulin levels and blood sugar. Daily exercise is very important. Vitamin d3, chromium, ala, etc. Might be useful. ...Read more

I am quite over weight (110 kg) as per my age and height also my routine is very busy so can't maintain proper diet and exercise, what should I do ?

Not a lot: If you cannot maintain a diet and exercise that will promote weight loss, there is not much you can do. Nowadays, people are expecting quick fixes for virtually everything - that's not happening with obesity. Even bariatric surgery will fail if you don't maintain healthy diet. ...Read more

Psychogenic cause: erectile dysfunction occurring in your age group tends to be psychogenic rather than organic unless there are known injury or cause. You need to see a urologist for full evaluation to rule out causes like diabetes. Lab tests including testosterone level and BMP should be checked in minimum. Vascular penile Doppler study may be of benefit. Empiric therapy with Viagra (sildenafil) may be also beneficial ...Read more

How can I replace Retin A (tretinoin) in my skincare routine while still fighting acne/maintaining skin quality? 3 yrs use, my skin is just too reactive. Thanks!!

Several options: Acne is a serious, chronic disease that is a grave social and professional liability. Managing it is not pleasant, but you need to do this until it remits on its own. I'm sorry. Try replacing your retinoic acid with benzoyl peroxide; if you cannot tolerate this either, or if it does not keep you clear, you will need prescription-strength medication from your physician. Hang in there and best wishs ...Read more

I'd see a urologist.: The inflammation of acute prostatitis can cause weak ejaculation and possibly erectile dysfunction. The most important thing is to stay on the right antibiotic and complete a course of treatment. Sometimes, nsaids such as Ibuprofen can help with inflammation. I'd recommend seeing a urologist who can help you through your prostatitis, and follow any lingering symptoms after treatment. ...Read more
