Possible Ileus: For how long have these symptoms been going on? Has he had a bowel movement recently? Lower abdominal pain, lower back pain, fatigue, scheduled coposcopy for Friday morning, history of female issues. Extreme pain! What to do?

A few days is a long time to experience pain without relief. Also, if there is fever, nausea/vomiting, diarrhea and/or blood in the stool, I would recommend more urgent evaluation, such as in an ER type setting. Hope this helps! Feel better soon and best wishes! ...Read more

Upper outer breasts pain, mid and lower abdominal pain, lower back pain, loss of appetite, and fatigue. I'm not starting my period soon. What is this?

Hormones: It sounds as if it could be hormonal. Breast pain and tenderness is typically due to progesterone, lower abdominal and pack pain could be due to hormones as well. You mentioned that you aren't pre-menstrual, which would be most common reason for all of these. Are you taking birth control pills? Do you have a lot of stress right now? Maybe gastrointestinal since you have loss appetite. ...Read more

Test again: Better yet, see a pro for a test and exam. If you're not pregnant they may discover what is wrong and treat you.
