I get itchy legs, typically when I get out of the shower or when trying to sleep at night. I've tried clean sheets and new soaps. Aveeno (oatmeal) lotion helps.

Sounds: Sounds like you might have eczema or possibly prurigo nodularis. I would recommend you try a cerave cream to moisturize and use cerave hydrating cleanser which is very mild and tends to not dry out the skin. Also, try to avoid scratching as best as possible. Fungus vs contact: You may have a contact allergy or spreading of the athlete's foot fungus. It is hard to tell for sure based on your description.
