" There is a mantle fat stranding in the pelvis and may represent inflammatory changes. Omental metastases are not excluded" what does this mean?

Possible cancer: The omentum is a large fat pad hanging from the transverse colon. Because of the high levels of TGF-B present it is a common site for omental metastasis. The fat pad can extend as a large mass into the upper pelvis replaced most commonly by ovarian cancer which then induces vascular permeability factor and induction of ascites. ASCUS: Confirm with your physician if this is ASCUS (which can be due to inflammation). If it is ASCUS then an HPV test should have been done with it as a reflex. If it wasn't ask for an HPV test. Can lichen sclerosus happen to a circumcised penis as I been on numerous creams lotions over the years and biospy showed post inflammatory changes?

Yes: This is a diagnosis seen on the head (glans) of the penis, typically young boys. Antihistamine does not reduce the itch and does nothing for this. Hydrocortisone cream is fine if it helps, but probably won't. Best remedy is clobetasol ointment. If it helps, you may need it for a long time. Circumcision is not relevant. ...Read more
