See GI: Refractory GERD can present as incomplete or lack of response to PPI therapy,may affect 40% on PPI. Poor compliance and improper timing of PPi should always be excluded.Ideally the Pill should be taken Ac breakfast and daily.
Other Poss. are-- Bile reflux,, visceral hypersensitivity, delayed gastric emptying, psychological comorbidities etc Avoid Spicy,fatty,

Yes, but a caveat...: Green teas can contain polyphenols, which although serve as antioxidants, can also interfere with fe absorption. The caveat is that the two things (polyphenols and fe) need to be present together for this to really be a problem. If you are eating a balanced diet with adequate fe, and drinking green tea on occasion, i doubt you will have a significant effect from the latter on the former. ...Read more
