imovane is not used in the us but is in canada and australia. Imovane is a hyponotic and is habit forming and can have withdrawal

Really enlarged?: Hard to answer without more info. First, why do you think your heart is enlarged? If this was from a chest x-ray, it could simply have been taken at a point when heart was a resting phase or not a deep enough breath. The beta-blocker for your heart will be able to be stopped once your hyperthyroidism is controlled by the anti-thyroid drug (probably methimazole or carbimazole).
