I have a hydrocele in my left ball. When I am getting too much sex I have to face a massive pain. My age is 26, ?
Until...: There has been no magic timing to restrict sex after hydrocelectomy, but let common sense rule what we can do and need. So, as long as you can cope with postoperative pain and swelling, you can have sex whenever you like, but common sense guides most reasonable men not to have sex for at least 1-2 weeks after surgery there. ...Read more

Yes: Yes, but let yourself heal a little so you don't tear open stitches. Ask your doctor how long to wait (it will depend on how big and whether any hernias were repaired at the same time) but usually I let my patients try after two weeks as long as they aren't into "olympic sex" i.e. Hanging out of windows! If your body says, "no, " wait longer. ...Read more

Had testicular cancer in left testicular. & testicular removed. Yesterday diagnosed hydrocele in right testicular. Will it become a testicular cancer?
Different entities: I'm glad the original testicular cancer is history. If you've had a good imaging study and there's no testicular cancer on the right, I would not worry about the hydrocele -- these are extremely common. You're correct to believe that a second primary in the opposite testis is somewhat more common than random chance. Ask your physician about banking sperms. Good luck. ...Read more

Urologist said I have small hydrocele. Miniml pain. No surgery needed. Do hydroceles have an effect on sex life? Not sure if I should be embarassed.
Not usually: A hydrocele does not usually affect sexual drive. In general, hydroceles should not affect erectile function. Hydroceles are fluid collections surrounding testicle due either to overproduction or poor absorption of fluid. The hydrocele does not affect function of the testicle and does not change hormonal function. However, very large hydroceles can undoubtedly make sexual intercourse uncomfortable. ...Read more

Vas damage is 99.9% unlikely & does not affect ejaculation. ...Read more
