Minimal: You could conceivably get herpes in this manner, and if the man had oral syphilitic lesions this could be transmitted, but unlikely. Most stds will not be transmitted by saliva which has enzymes which kill most organisms. If, however, your partner had a bleeding lesion then it is conceivable, but still not likely. Some thoughts...: How is a guy who fears STD's going to manage sexual activities with a new girl who's had other partners?
