School paper: how does a disciplinary and or criminal record affect the ability to get into professional school/medical school?
Agree with answer: I spent 16 years on the admission committee of our local medical school. A felony will prevent a medical license. The law school has a committee that reviews backgrounds and would not recommend admission. This is the state of indiana. I doubt others are more liberal. I have read stories about a "reformed" prisoner who was then admitted to the bar. Ask your attorney general. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers
