Likely: Cant tell from your question what the deformity is. There are many things that can be corrected with hand surgery. Fractures, trigger finger, carpel tunnel, polydactyly (extra digit), syndactyly (webbing between digits) etc can all be successfully treated with surgery to the hand and feet.
