Negative on urinalysis (protein, etc), negative on gram stain (no micro, 1-3 pus cels/hpf) but extremely cloudy urination. Also no pain urinating. ?
Drink water: The urine analysis is probably ok. A few contaminated cells. If you are worried about the cloudy urine; Drink more water. Epididymitis: You need to see a urologist and have this condition assessed thoroughly. As already indicted, the e. Coli may or may not be of significance and you must place its isolation from the urine in the proper clinical context. Go and see someone soon. No leukocytes in multiple urinalyses but group b strep in urine culture. Some pelvic pressure/burning. Drs won't treat - say uti would show leukocytes?
GBS can cause UTI: Group B strep can cause UTI. If the culture was properly collected (i.e. a good "clean catch" specimen), and especially if more than one culture has been positive and/or you have typical UTI symptoms, treatment usually would be prescribed. UTI usually shows elevated urinary leukocytes, but there probably are exceptions. Maybe seek consult with a specialist, e.g. infectious diseases. Good luck! ...Read more

Bacteruria: Unless they put a tube up into her and catheterized her to get the urine sample, bacteria form the skin and genital area can get into the urine sample. This is especially true in little girls where there are lots of nooks and crannies where skin bacteria can hide. Prostatitis?: Your meds show ciproflox and levoflox. Need only one of the two, they are similar. Your symptoms suggest prostatitis rather than simple uti. It needs longer duration of therapy & has slower resolution of symptoms.
