Retest: I think if your daughter is still consuming an IgA tTG test would be more informative. You can also get a genetic test done to confirm her susceptability to celiac disease before jumping into a small intestine biopsy. ...Read more

Ok: If you have undetectable iga, any test involving IgA would be meaningless and negative regardless of the disease condition. You will need alternate testing and even intestinal biopsy to document your illness if gluten intolerance is suspected.
