Contusion: It sounds like you suffered for the sake of fashion. Underwire bras can have the same effect, though it is very surprising that you still have pain a week later. I suspect the reflux symptoms are a separate issue, just more noticeable now because you have this other pain nearby. Try to wear looser garments until this spot has resolved.
