Could I take amino acids for recovery from training (wrestling, strength and conditioning) without gaining weight?

Yes: Amino acid pills or powders have a specific calorie content, but it is usually small. Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins such as those found in lean meat. Supplements are not likely to provide any benefit beyond a balanced menu including meat, dairy, eggs, beans and rice. I suggest you do a little research on real food sports nutrition. Gaining weight is NORMAL at 16, allow it! ...Read more

Is using machine Pilates as effective as strength training in gaining lean body mass?

Is using machine Pilates as effective as strength training in gaining lean body mass?

I'm not sure: I don't know of any real studies that compare the two methods. Some types of apparatus used in pilates machine classes definitely offer resistance training, as well as stretching and flexibility. It would also depend on how high a resistance or how heavy a weight is used, as well as the number of times (repetitions) the exercise is repeated. Strength training is probably best to build muscle. ...Read more

Does mood affect erection strength?

Does mood affect erection strength?

High anxiety state constricts blood vessels hence reducing blood flow, thus reduces erection quality. Nocturnal erections are often of good quality because your mind is relaxed, enlarging blood vessels and hence flow/erection. So, relax. ...Read more
