Tension/Anxiety: You seem to have many signs and symptoms of stress.You need to practice relaxation which will require you to cut down on the pace/rat race which generates stress.
Getting adequate sleep, early morning exercise(even a short 10-15 minute walk in your neighborhood will help).
When you feel stressed take time out and take slow, deep breaths up to a count of 10.

Yes.: Sinusitis means inflammation of sinuses. It is possible to have only facial pain/pressure. Sinusitis may be caused by a variety of conditions but is usually viral. Generally resolves without intervention although some like decongestants or nasal sprays. Could be: Most "sinus" headaches aren't, but your pain could be. There are sinuses way in the back where you can have sinusitis without discharge or drainage. This may not be a benign problem. See your doctor. ...Read more
