No/need stool sample: This is a near perfect blood smear result. You'd need a stool sample to diagnose teniasis and possible biopsy of the infected area. Hard to say: More important that the percentage of eosinophils is the actual number of them in the blood. If your total white blood cell count is low, that % may be normal. If the total WBC is high, that % may equal a high absolute number of eos. In general, a slightly elevated % or absolute eosinophil count is most likely to be due to allergic disease. May be none.: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Normal values: I'm not sure what your question is, but all of these values are completely normal for a 4 y/o. White blood cell count (WBC) is normal as is the differential count which indicates different types of white blood cells present. Not anemic and red blood cells normal amount of hemoglobin (mch). Neutro Low/Eos High.: Neutrophils are normally 45-74% in a count of wbc's while eosinophils are normally 0-7%. You might have a high count from an allergic reaction to something or it might be that some neutrophils might have been mistaken for eosinophils.
