Arnica best before: While the evidence is not very convincing, arnica (an herbal homeopathic product) may help with swelling and bruising from surgery. It seems to work best if started before surgery or right after, so at 3 days it probably won't do a lot of good. On the other hand, it is inexpensive and probably low risk. Be sure to talk to your plastic surgeon before starting any medications or supplements though. ...Read more
