I loss 12 kgs in 4 months by diet and exercise, now if I eat heavy meals sometimes or have alcohol 2 peg have dull ache below my right rib side y?

Alcohol dehydation can predispose muscle injury, and also predispose to kidney stones (which can cause back pain on one side- typically sporadically cramping; look for blood in the urine).
Avoid tylenol (acetaminophen) with alcohol as both can injure the liver.

You can try over the counter pain med like naproxen Sodium, Ibuprofen if you have no allergy to Aspirin and no history of Peptic Ulcer in Stomach. Or Tylenol
If not better see your doctor and get rx for a muscle relaxant as well. If it continues than you need imaging like Xrays, MRI

If both sides and no other symptoms then maybe stress issues associated with drinking. Do you get migraine or tension headaches? If one side then maybe something to do with how you sleep. Where is it sore?: And how much alcohol? Which spicy food? How long ago between when you ate, drank and onset of symptoms? Were you having any vomiting or diarrhea earlier? Sore Throat: Hello, this is a difficult question to answer with such limited information. A sore throat can come from a reaction to the alcohol, the alcohol itself could be harsh, or you could possibly have gerd or reflux.
