Amethia is metabolized in part by the CYP3A4 enzyme & drugs that stimulate this enzyme may reduce effectiveness, but Fo-Ti seems to inhibit this enzyme so Fo-Ti may increase the levels of Amethia in your body- but this is theoretical and no one knows for sure.
