What to do if I have really bad sinus headache/migraine took the sinus relief and didn't help much at all can I take diclofenac?

Better Dx needed: Headache pain in the sinus implies that toxins, pathogens or allergens are present in the frontal sinus at the sphenoid junction. The most common toxins are VOCs (remedy: ChemDetox) and mold (remedy: Cholestryamine).
