I have really bad depression and anxiety disorde my grades are dropping and I cant find happiness anywhere I even cant go outside! Can I be happy again?
Happiness is: Possible. I imagine that you are already in some form of treatment since you know your diagnoses. Psychiatric medications are often helpful. Talking therapy to include Cognitive Behavioral therapy or psychotherapy can be effective. Herbs can be of use in depression and anxiety however like any substance carry both risk and benefit.
St. Johns wort is the most commonly used herbal treatment for depression. It works similar to the ssri medications and therefore carries some of the same risks.
