Probably normal: Pelvic pain or discomfort is common and sometimes confusing. While this might be related to your uterus and cycle (e.g. Some women develop anatomical changes such as polyps and fibroids), it could also be as simple as a bladder or vaginal infection.

Here is what I would recommend:
1. Check a pregnancy test if appropriate
2. Call your ob/gyn for appt. If persists

Uterine pain: Even though your us is normal doesn't mean that you can't have pain with intercourse. Normally, I find that women are having uterine pain during intercourse. Your gyn should be able to isolate the area of pain and give you guidance. ...Read more

One cause could be a large ovarian cyst, which can be quite heavy> would tug on adjacent structures as you stand. Hard stool?: The colon moves things along by squeezing. If the stoolis hard or dry the colon has to squeeze pretty hard- and that can feel crampy. Unlikely,: Your age and presentation suggest many other likely diagnosis. Incidentally, how did you know that your estrogen is low? Cramps in 39 y female could are likely to be due to menstrual cycles. When does cramping occur? Cyst, infection, review of other systems... Cancer is low on the list. The differential is wide open.
