I have a pian in my groin area bk of my testicals could it be related to my prostate and could it be prostate cancer?

Testicular pain: Go see your family physician. It's important to evaluate for testicular torsion, a surgical emergency, with sudden onset. Gradual pain can be caused by epididymytis. In your age group, testicular cancer is more of a concern than prostate ca. Testicular ca can present with an enlarged testicle, lump or swelling, pain is rare. I have what feels like a rough mass around my vas deferens of my left testical. I have noticed slight discomfrt from yesterday. Could it be cancerous?

Get evaluated.: To be reassuring, what you are describing sounds like an epididymal cyst, a very common, benign, and non-cancerous condition. Masses outside of the testicle itself are rarely malignant. However, i recommend you get an exam to make sure it is not something that may warrant a testicular ultrasound. I applaud your use of testicular self examinations. Continue them to see if you notice any changes. ...Read more

Could a prostate infection be causing pain in my little toe when I have an erection?

Possibly; see doctor: One who gets pain at a little toe, while having a prostate infection and an erection, has an intriguing symptom, since the toe is about 3 feet from the prostate. However, nerves that come out of the sacrum (the bottom of the lower back) travel to the prostate, travel to the little toes, and also cause erections. The person may be getting "referred pain" to the toe. A neurologist can figure it out. ...Read more

What is a varicocele? Doctors have suggested my enlarged right testicle with a heavy chord attached to it and upward toward my groin may be varicocele

? Like bag of worms: 99% of varicoceles occur on left side, and feel like a "bag of worms" if you feel your scrotum when standing. Varicoceles empty when you are lying down. Your symtoms are more likely due to a hydrocele. Please see a urologist because there is always a remote chance that this might be serious, although odds are 99% that it is benign. In addition, it will be taken care of. Good luck! ...Read more

Can tight bladder neck cause right testicle pain? Been so sore

Can tight bladder neck cause right testicle pain? Been so sore

Yes indeed: Internal pelvic pain, originating in the bladder, prostate, etc is a kind of "visceral" pain -- the same kind that occurs with intestinal or other problems inside the abdomen. Such pain is always quite diffuse and can be perceived in places quite far from the origin. Also, pain can radiate to areas served by the same nerves. Prostate and bladder pain often radiate to the testicles. ...Read more
