Virus treatment: Colds are casued by viruses and not likely to get better becasue you are taking anbiotics. First and foremost in treatment is rest and fluids. This includes warm fluids like tea and chicken soup. Hot showers, use a humidifier, have someone give you a back rub can all relieve symptoms. Can use otc Ibuprofen or tylenol (acetaminophen) for body aches. Use a neti pot to relieve sinus/nasal congestion. ...Read more
